Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, Nurse Call and Paging.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
- Familiarity with test equipment and commissioning devices.
- Able to perform physical labor and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/system problems at customer sites.
- Repair and service Fire & Life Safety systems and related building products.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and mentor others on the team.
