Next Level Technician in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install and maintain structured cabling and related low-voltage systems. You will pull cable, route, terminate, and label runs, and test installations to meet standards.

The role involves reading blueprints, working on ladders at heights, and traveling to multiple job sites across Oklahoma. OSHA/NEC safety compliance is expected, with growth opportunities in the low-voltage field.

Qualifications

Low Voltage Technician – Structured Cabling | Tulsa, OK

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6A copper cable
• Pull, terminate, and support fiber optic cabling
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, and other cable pathways
• Test and certify installed cabling using Fluke or similar testers
• Troubleshoot cabling issues and correct failed tests
• Label cables and ports according to TIA standards and maintain accurate documentation
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Install and support related low-voltage systems, including wireless access points, cameras, and access control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow OSHA and NEC safety requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial low-voltage experience
• Strong structured cabling and voice/data experience
• Experience with fiber optic cabling is preferred
• Experience with security systems, CCTV, access control, or wireless systems is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts and at heights
• BICSI, OSHA, and lift certifications are a plus
• Must have basic hand tools and required PPE
• Working knowledge of telecommunications and data networks
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Oklahoma as needed
