Job summary

Next Level Technician in Memphis, TN is seeking a Low Voltage Data Center Technician focused on structured cabling. You will pull, terminate, and label CAT6/CAT6A, test with Fluke testers, and install racks, patch panels, and cabinets for data center and security systems.

The role requires basic low-voltage experience, a working knowledge of telecom/data networks, and willingness to travel within Tennessee as needed. Comp base includes competitive hourly wages, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0+ years commercial/industrial low-voltage experience.
• Working knowledge of telecom/data networks.
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus.

Low Voltage Data Center Technician - Structured Cabling, Memphis, TN

Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Technician in Memphis, TN! Earn $18-$27/hr, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT6/CAT6A cable
• Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Punch down voice and data jacks
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts
• Install/support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems

Requirements

• 0+ years commercial/industrial low-voltage experience
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Working knowledge of telecom/data networks
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Tennesee as needed
