Next Level Technician is hiring an Entry Level Low Voltage Technician in West Memphis, AR. This role offers hands-on training, a pathway to industry certifications, and weekly pay with competitive wages at about $20/hr.

No extensive experience required — learn to pull and terminate cabling, test infrastructure, and assist with access control and CCTV installations under supervision.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of low voltage or construction experience; entry level encouraged to apply.
• Interest in structured cabling, telecom, or security systems.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, terminating, dressing, and labeling CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
• Learn to test installed cable using testers (e.g., Fluke).
• Support punch-down of voice and data jacks.
• Help install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF.
• Work safely on ladders and lifts; comfortable with heights.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and layouts (training provided).
• Assist with installation of access control, CCTV, AV, and fiber optic systems.

Requirements:

• Basic hand tools and PPE preferred (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the West Memphis area
• BICSI, Lift, or OSHA certifications are a plus (not required)
