Job summary

Next Level Technician in Nashville, TN is seeking a Low Voltage Cable Technician for structured cabling projects across the Nashville area. You will pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cables, test with testers, and install racks, panels, and access control systems.

Travel to job sites as needed and maintain safety standards. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly wages from $22 to $26, PTO, medical benefits, and opportunities for growth through certified training and hands-on project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial low-voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks.

Low Voltage Cable Technician – Structured Cabling Nashville, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable
• Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Punch down voice and data jacks
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts
• Install and support access control, CCTV, audiovisual, and fiber optic systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial low?voltage experience
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel?toe boots)

• Willingness to travel to job sites within Nashville, Tennessee as needed
