Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a server to provide food and beverage service with a friendly, courteous, and professional approach to guests. You will take orders, input into the POS, deliver meals with condiments, and ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting specials, replenishing beverages, supporting bus staff, presenting checks, and adhering to liquor regulations.

Competenze

• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Hold a valid TABC license.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Good command of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries and communicate simple instructions.
• Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.

Mansioni

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record and input orders into the POS computer and ensure accuracy.
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests with appropriate condiments.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and monitor guest intoxication levels.
• Replenish beverages and suggest desserts or specialty coffees.
• Assist other restaurant personnel and perform side work as needed.
• Present the check to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety and security procedures and maintain a neat appearance.
