Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly restaurant team member to provide professional food and beverage service. You will greet guests, take orders, input into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery with high guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of liquor regulations, a valid Food Handler Card or active process, and a valid TABC license. Join a hardworking team supporting a full-service operation with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handler Card or be in the process of certification.
• Must hold a valid TABC license.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take and input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check for guest satisfaction.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages and assist with side work and cleaning.
• Present checks and manage payment in a timely manner.
