Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a diligent restaurant server to provide courteous food and beverage service in a hotel setting. You will greet guests, take and input orders via POS, and deliver items with accuracy and friendly service.

Flexibility with shifts is required as the hotel operates 24/7. Candidates must know liquor regulations, hold a Food Handler Card, and have a current TABC license while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Possess a valid TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service.
• Proficient in English for guest interactions.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to the kitchen.
• Deliver orders accurately with appropriate condiments.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and check IDs when required.
• Replenish beverages and upsell desserts or specialty coffees.
• Assist with bussing and clearing tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock condiments; follow safety procedures.
• Present the check and process payments promptly.
