Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly, professional restaurant server to provide food and beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will take orders, input into POS, deliver items, and ensure accurate presentation while upholding safety and liquor regulations.

The role operates in a 24/7 hotel dining environment, requiring flexibility in shifts and strong teamwork. Prior customer service and knowledge of beverages are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in process of being certified.
• Hold a valid TABC license.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards and guest relations.
• Basic knowledge of English language for instructions and inquiries.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment (e.g., coffee maker).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials or promotions.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Take accurate orders and repeat to confirm.
• Enter orders into POS and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver orders with condiments to guests.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Assist with bus duties and clearing/resettling tables.
• Perform side work and maintain health standards and cleanliness.
• Present checks promptly and adhere to company policies and safety rules.
