Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a hotel environment that operates around the clock. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive service excellence across front- and back-of-house operations.

You will also participate in staff meetings and monitor daily reports and labor costs. The role requires solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, the ability to work under pressure, and the initiative to plan events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years F&B or hotel leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and staff performance.
• Attend meetings and analyze operation reports and labor costs.
• Assist in planning and executing hotel events and promotions.
• Maintain brand standards and schedule, payroll, and inventory.
