Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces in Orlando. You will ensure outstanding guest experiences, coach staff, and enforce safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2–3 years in F&B management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software is essential to manage costs and inventory effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in food and beverage management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma; hospitality degree a plus; ServSafe/TIPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels for all food, beverages, and supplies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide top-notch service.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times, providing hands-on support when needed.
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and controlling budgets to ensure profitability.
• Monitor and manage food and beverage costs, waste, and portion control.
• Assist with the preparation of reports related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.
