White Lodging is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant in Austin to ensure flawless lounge setup, service, and cleanup while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

Responsibilities include setting tables and stations, serving food and beverages, and maintaining clean, stocked lounges. Strong communication, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift at least 10 pounds.
• Excellent communication and active listening to anticipate guest needs.

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
