White Lodging is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the smooth setup, service, and teardown of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest. You will manage tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks, and provide knowledgeable answers about menu items.

The role emphasizes a warm, outgoing personality, strong communication, and the ability to stay professional and friendly under all situations. Requires physical stamina to stand and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.

• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
