White Lodging invites applications for a Phone Attendant at Hotel Trinity in Austin, a premier Marriott Autograph Collection project opening in downtown. You’ll be the first touchpoint for guests, delivering courteous support, accurate information, and timely dispatch of requests to ensure memorable service.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests, and following up to ensure excellent service.
• Attend to each call in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, using proper telephone etiquette.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, the local area, and nearby travel services to provide accurate answers and thoughtful recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
