Job summary

White Lodging is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to join our Courtyard Austin Downtown team as Beverage Associates. You will deliver guest experiences by preparing beverages and maintaining a clean, organized service area.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and represent the brand with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
