Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a friendly lounge server in Huntsville, AL. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and ensure timely service in a busy lounge environment. You’ll maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and upsell beverages using menu knowledge while presenting a professional image.

Strong communication in English, basic math for payments, and a tips-focused role will be valued. This full-time position offers competitive pay, daily pay options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - Six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions.
• Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items and balance trays loaded with food and beverages.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs.
• Stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Tips Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and take drink orders from Lounge guests and serve accordingly.
• Record and enter food and beverage items where applicable.
• Know beverage menus, brand selections, prices and garnishes.
• Maintain lounge setup and cleanliness; replenish snacks and stock areas.
• Maximize sales through menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Operate professionally and communicate with guests and team.
• Handle payments and ensure accurate deposit of sales.
• Maintain uniform standards and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
