Job summary

The 106 Jefferson Hotel in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a friendly Cocktail Server to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in the Lounge. You will greet guests, take drink orders, know beverage menus, and assist with special requests while upholding service standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 months in food/beverage service, ability to lift 20–40 lbs, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–6 months in food/beverage services.
• Ability to lift/push 20–40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• English literacy and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink orders from Lounge guests.
• Enter orders accurately, know beverage menus and prices, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, proper stock, and safe service to guests.
• Collect payments and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
