Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily and stock beverages and supplies.
• Greet guests, take and promote drink orders, and present drinks.
• Input orders into POS and balance guest checks and cash drops.
• Lock up and store beverage and equipment items and secure cash drops.
• Adhere to state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
• Collaborate with coworkers and assist others as needed.
