Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a friendly lounge server in Huntsville, AL. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and ensure timely service in a busy lounge environment. You’ll maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and upsell beverages using menu knowledge while presenting a professional image.

Strong communication in English, basic math for payments, and a tips-focused role will be valued. This full-time position offers competitive pay, daily pay options, and employee discounts.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - Six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions.
• Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items and balance trays loaded with food and beverages.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs.
• Stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Tips Certification required.

Remains attentive to the guest throughout the entire Lounge experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards as established by the Lounge.Accurately record and enter all food (where applicable) and beverage items.Knowledge of all beverage menus, brand selections, prices and garnishes.Responsible for Lounge setup to include but not limited to replenishing snacks, emptying ashtrays, controlling recorded music, ambience or busing tables.Maximize sales by using menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.Conduct self in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view.Maintain cleanliness of lounge and service areas and ensure work area is orderly and properly stocked.Responsible for collecting accurate payment from the guest and depositing the exact amount of sales.
