The 106 Jefferson Hotel in Huntsville, Alabama, is hiring a bartender for the rooftop bar. You will be responsible for set-up, mixing drinks, service and clean-up, while upholding quality service and restaurant standards.

Requirements include a high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months in beverage service, English fluency, and ability to mix cocktails and provide wine service. Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following guidelines and policies.
• Perform guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check customer IDs to confirm drinking age.
• Ring guest checks; process payments per company policies.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws; obtain Tips certification.
• Maintain established pars and perform side work as scheduled.
