Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment is a plus.
• Ability to clearly see guest checks and operate service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner for service.
• Restock and clean work areas; maintain a sanitary bussing station.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, professional dining area and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with duties as assigned by management.
