Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 1 year experience as a Server or Barback preferred but not required.
• Certification in liquor, wine, and food service.
• Certification in an alcohol awareness program.
• Certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Abide by state liquor regulations, including minors and intoxicated persons rules.
• Handle assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
• Keep bank secure and accurate at all times.
• Input orders into POS and ensure transmission is verified.
• Greet guests and take orders, using suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Process payments and adhere to cash handling policies.
