Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lounge Bartender to take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals in a hotel outlet. You will maintain stock, ensure cleanliness, and operate a POS/PMS system while upholding liquor regulations.

The role requires 21+ years of age, English proficiency, and knowledge of drink recipes. Certification in liquor/food service and CPR is preferred, with a weekend availability expectation to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
CPR certification and alcohol awareness training are required or preferred.
Experience with beverage service and knowledge of drink recipes is expected.

Responsibilities

Take orders and prepare/serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of outlet and equipment.
Input orders into POS/PMS systems and process payments.
Greet guests, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Adhere to liquor regulations and ensure responsible service.
