Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lounge Bartender to take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals, and maintain cleanliness in a hotel outlet. The role requires knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and compliance with state liquor regulations.

Prior server or barback experience is preferred, with 21+ age and strong English communication. We value outgoing personalities, customer relations skills, and POS experience to ensure smooth service and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• HS/GED completed or equivalent
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
• 1 year server/barback experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards
• Certifications in liquor/wine, alcohol awareness, CPR preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders for food and drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
• Know menu items, brands, and non-alcoholic selections
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safety standards
• Operate POS and handle payments accurately
• Assist with opening/closing duties and reports
• Provide friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction
