Job summary

Scientific Games is hiring a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform installs, removals, and preventative maintenance on equipment including POS and communications hardware. Training customers and providing timely service are essential.

You will work at client sites, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records while traveling to locations as needed. Lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equiv. required.
Background check, drug test, and clean driving record required.
Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
Lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform field service tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment at lottery retail locations.
Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
Record service calls and communicate issues to management.
Troubleshoot communications within retail locations and repair hardware and software.
Maintain vehicle and drive according to policy; build strong customer relationships.
