Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will install, remove, repair, and relocate equipment, and provide customer training with minimal supervision.

The role includes travel, scheduling, and maintaining strong customer relationships while diagnosing issues and documenting service calls. Applicants must have a high school diploma, be able to pass background checks, and travel overnight if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel overnight when required.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service at lottery retailer locations including installs, removals, and preventive maintenance.
• Repair, relocate, and service equipment with minimal supervision.
• Provide training and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Record service calls and report issues to management; troubleshoot communications problems.
• Manage vehicle use and travel to multiple sites as needed.
