Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician to service equipment at retailer locations in Long Beach, CA. The role involves regular fieldwork, driving, and customer support, delivering parts and training to retailers, and maintaining equipment for continuous operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school degree, 1+ year in customer service, 1+ year in technical repairs, and a valid driver's license with color vision.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of experience in technical repairs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to perceive colors correctly.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in Long Beach, CA; travel involved.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment and supplies.
• Follow vehicle policy and maintain Brightstar vehicles.
• Troubleshoot equipment to restore operation in the field.
• Report activity, arrival/departure times, problems, and resolutions to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumables and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to new retailers or refresher training.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities and equipment issues.
