Job summary

Brightstar is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician in Owensboro, KY to service and repair lottery equipment at retailer locations. You will install, remove, and maintain devices, respond to dispatches, and manage parts and supplies while communicating status to Dispatch.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-related position
• 2-3 years of experience in technical repairs
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Color vision required

Responsibilities

• Service Brightstar equipment at retailer locations and perform installation, removal, or repair.
• Transport, install and maintain equipment and related parts.
• Complete primary forms and report activity and resolutions to Dispatch.
• Deliver training to retailers and handle orders, returns, and housekeeping of tools.
