Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security at store entrances/exits and monitor for theft indicators.
• Greet customers with eye contact and courtesy while maintaining safety.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Monitor egress and ensure safe, clear exits during emergencies.
• Support external and internal partners through communication and reporting.
