Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Deters theft by monitoring activity and following loss prevention directives.
• Supports compliance with safety policies and procedures for associates and customers.
• Works with Store Leadership to minimize operational shortage and protect assets.
• Represents Ross brand with professional appearance and courteous service.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
