Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in multi-unit loss prevention, asset protection, safety, or security management.
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies, retail security, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and reduce theft.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support field operations and audits.
• Experience with loss prevention technologies and security systems.

Aufgaben

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies to minimize shrink and risk.
• Partner with field and corporate leaders to identify trends and implement actions.
• Develop and implement audit frameworks to ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement for investigations and resolution.
• Lead design and delivery of loss prevention training programs.
• Establish and maintain loss prevention policies including cash handling.
• Lead, mentor, and develop loss prevention team members.
• Monitor workplace incidents and safety trends; implement preventive measures.
• Serve as liaison between Corporate LP and field operations.
• Build relationships with regional leadership to foster accountability.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on performance and risks.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate performance and compliance.
• Leverage data to identify trends and drive shrink reduction and safety metrics.
• Oversee LP technologies like CCTV, alarms, and EAS; suggest enhancements.
• Promote integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
