Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Supervisor, Loss Prevention to lead daily LP operations for a single facility. You will oversee LP Coordinators, respond to incidents, and ensure strict adherence to inventory and security standards on the floor.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalentevidence of experience, strong investigative skills, and the ability to train staff. Shifts may include nights and weekends in a retail environment.

• Working knowledge of CCTV and access control system operation.

• Ability to train and coach entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loss prevention operations for a single facility or shift.
• Supervise Loss Prevention Coordinators and officers.
• Serve as primary incident response contact during assigned hours.
• Ensure floor-level execution of investigations, inventory control, and security standards.
• Participate in asset identification, tagging, numbering, and tracking for accountability.
• Conduct periodic inventories and audits; reconcile assets with records.
• Investigate missing or misappropriated assets and coordinate corrective action.
• Implement controls to reduce asset loss and unauthorized use.
• Oversee asset accountability and sign-out procedures.
• Maintain case files and document investigations.
