Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors with command presence and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-shortage areas to promote service and control.
• Display knowledge of shortage areas and support programs to identify and reduce theft.
• Gather and document indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and local law enforcement as needed.
• Support store managers with internal controls, POS monitoring, store audits, and asset protection initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs.
