Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Lead to mitigate theft and fraud across high-risk areas while maintaining a safe store environment.

You will engage with customers and associates with energy and confidence, upholding our core values and providing excellent service. Reporting to store leadership, you will train Shortage Control Associates, identify theft indicators, and support inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Deterrent to dishonest behaviors through visible presence and training.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Engage with customers/associates in high-risk areas to promote loss prevention.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of shortage reduction programs.
• Support inventory and asset protection initiatives and audits.
