Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline Loss Prevention associate to help deter theft, protect customers, and support store teams. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, maintain a professional presence at the front of the store, greet customers, and assist management with safety and incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to stand for long periods in store environments.
• 0–2 years retail or security experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and show respect.
• Position yourself at the front or in a department as directed.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
