Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft and support store safety. The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to policy, and collaboration with store teams and LP to protect the brand.

You will wear a Body Worn Camera, follow the Emergency Response Guide, and maintain a visible front-of-store presence while greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. Opportunities for growth exist within TJX’s global operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers appropriately and with courtesy.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via a radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
