Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, monitor front-end activity, and support store management with safety and brand protection. You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and respond to inquiries while following company policies.

This role emphasizes sound judgment, independent work ethic, and the ability to stand for long periods. Experience in retail or security is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision making abilities and good judgment.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years in retail or security is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Review and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the company uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of store or in a department and assist customers.
• Direct customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
