Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store safety, and assist customers.

You will wear a body worn camera, maintain a visible guard position at the front of the store, and collaborate with management to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes strong communication, initiative, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods while serving shoppers in Owings Mills, MD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and refer requests to management.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
