Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking personnel to deter loss at the front of the store while delivering excellent customer service. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and work with store teams and Loss Prevention to ensure safety and uphold brand standards.

Requirements include strong communication, ability to work independently, and willingness to stand for extended periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
