Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to help protect customers and associates while supporting store safety in our front-of-store area.

You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and work with store management to deter theft and maintain policy compliance. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute core Loss Prevention responsibilities as a visual deterrent (wearing a body worn camera).
• Support store teams and loss prevention to ensure customer safety and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain professional posture at the front of the store and respond to customer inquiries.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Document incidents in case management and perform closing safety checks.
