You will monitor store entrances and high-risk areas, greet customers with a warm, confident greeting, and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty. The role emphasizes loss prevention knowledge and strong teamwork with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers and leadership to support relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting and professional appearance.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
