• Maintains accurate checkout procedures for customers and associates
• Communicates shrink-related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention
• Partners with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish goals and obligations
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management
• Supports store shrink reduction programs
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Encourages associates to use shrink reduction resources
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Follows through on commitments with minimal supervision
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
