You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and identify theft risks as part of a team focused on shrink control and safety. This role supports store leadership by reporting incidents and maintaining professional appearance and readiness across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain command presence and greet customers entering or exiting with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
