Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Supervisor - Loss Mitigation Fulfillment to support Fulfillment teams and leadership, driving production, quality and efficiency. You will help minimize losses on delinquent mortgages by following client/investor guidelines to resolve delinquencies.

The role requires leading a team across multiple sites, guiding modification creation and QC, mentoring staff, and developing new procedures to improve performance and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 6+ years of Loss Mitigation and/or Fulfillment experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Fulfillment specialists located at multiple sites with a focus on Mod Creation and/or Mod QC Processing.
• Provide Modification Creation and/or Modification QC processing guidance and leadership for management and staff.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to develop and reinforce skills, improve processes and procedures, and increase overall effectiveness.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of department workflow to ensure timely and accurate process adherence.
• Work with the Fulfilment Business Analyst to create automation and reporting to monitor and enhance department performance.
• Identify constraints to improve processing timelines and performance.
• Monitor productivity and determine means to increase output.
• Create new documented procedures and manage changes to existing procedures.
• Monitor/approve associate time records and ensure policy compliance.
