Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage sales or originations.
• NMLS license required.
• Experience mentoring or coaching peers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains personal loan production goals while supporting team performance.
• Demonstrates best practices in loan origination, client engagement, and compliance.
• Leads daily huddles and weekly training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and pipeline management.
