Job summary

Capgemini seeks a detail-oriented Loss Control Regulatory Service Advocate to support the Home Office Underwriting team. You will coordinate inspection requests, review vendor reports, and ensure billing processes are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, underwriting support, billing analysis or admin ops is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy and quality control.
• Basic understanding of property and liability exposures across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign inspection requests from Underwriters to external vendors.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.
• Conduct monthly invoice and billing reviews; communicate discrepancies to vendors.
• Support underwriting operations with timely processing of inspections and docs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Apply understanding of exposures across various business segments.
• Monitor workflows and contribute to process improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure service standards and turnaround times are met.
