Job summary

Regional Reporting, Inc. seeks an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections and complete underwriting reports for carriers.

You will observe facilities, document operations and expose potential improvements, and file thorough reports through our online system. Responsibilities include field observations, measurements, archiving photos, and coordinating with insured representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control providers or major carriers.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial lines - Property, GL, Inland Marine.
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and strong writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier rules.
• Identify construction type, square footage and hazards.
• Complete assignments and reports on time.
• Communicate with Field Manager to optimize inspections.
• Coordinate inspection meetings with insured onsite.
• Prepare and upload inspection results and diagrams.
• Drive to insured locations; overnight travel may be required.
