Regional Reporting, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Loss Control Consultant to perform commercial inspections and complete underwriting reports. You will observe facilities, document findings, and contribute to underwriting decisions.

Work is assigned daily or weekly, with some overnight travel. Candidates should have at least 2 years in loss control, strong writing and communication skills, and be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Loss Control Service Providers or major Insurance Carriers
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance lines – Property, General Liability, Inland Marine
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes
• Broad understanding of NFPA codes
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Exceptional writing ability, organizational skills and computer skills
• Ability to work from home with a PC and internet
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6 feet
• Digital camera or smartphone with picture capability
• Measuring wheel or similar tool and camera pole

Responsabilidades

• Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier requirements
• Identify building construction type, square footage and hazards
• Complete assignments and reports by due dates
• Communicate regularly with Field Manager to optimize inspections
• Coordinate inspection times with insured on-site
• Prepare and report inspection results, upload photos and diagrams
• Travel to insured locations, overnight travel may be required
