Job summary

Canopius Group in Chicago seeks a claims operations professional to provide oversight, technical and administrative support to the US claims team, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

You will oversee and provide governance of offshore partners, manage DCA onboarding, loss funds, data quality, audits, and annual reviews, while driving process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Oversight of service providers and offshore partners.
• Quality governance of claims processes and data.
• Manage onboarding of DCA contracts and loss funds.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory compliance.
• Support First Notice of Loss handling with carriers/TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DCA support and onboarding.
• Coordinate loss fund management and reconciliations.
• Ensure data quality and governance across claims processes.
• Assist with NFOL handling and reports.
• Prepare monthly status reports and participate in audits.
