Qualifications

Valid automobile license and acceptable driving record.
Able to climb a ladder up to 6 feet and use a camera or smartphone for photos.
Measuring wheel or similar tool and camera pole for inspections.

Responsibilities

Record onsite observations, measurements and photos per carrier rules.
Identify building type, square footage, hazards and NFPA considerations.
Complete assignments and reports by due dates and coordinate with the field manager.
Schedule inspections with insured representatives and upload results.
Drive to locations; some overnight travel may be required.
